This All Levels vinyasa flow class will begin and end with some breath work to calm the mind and steady the heart rate. Students are encouraged to deepen postures as much as they like according to individual needs. We will move through a series of standing poses, creating a flow and focusing on opening up and stretching the muscles of the chest, shoulders, and hamstrings, lengthening the spine, and, in the process, innervate the nervous system, increasing the natural energy level of the body.

Max # of Sign Ups per IN-STUDIO Class: 8 people. After 8 people sign up, one can sign up for the waiting list to be notified if there is an opening.
Due to the limited spaces available and the implementing of the wait list, late cancel and no show will be counted. To avoid using your class credit, please early cancel (an hour before class) by logging in and canceling or contacting us.
We ask that you please bring your own mat and props to use for class. We will have mats for sale. If you are traveling and can not purchase a mat, we will have some available for a $2 rental fee.
