Multi-Directional Speed classes train and mirror specific athletic movements based on various game premises: Forward and backward movements, Lateral movements, Footwork, Decelerating, Re-accelerating, Proper Stopping, Changing directions, Center of gravity management, Reaction Skills – eye hand coordination.
