This class will be an open level for beginners and intermediate students. We all begin with warmup and conditioning to get the body ready for aerial work.
Beginners will focus on foot locks, various climbing, and wrist wraps.
Intermediate students will focus on more advanced poses & creating flows by linking poses together from crossback straddle, rebecca split, hip keys, etc..
Due to social distancing, we had to cut class sizes in half so for the foreseeable future this class will be a mix of levels.
