<div>In this class we practice mindfulness, meditation and restorative yoga poses which enable you to cultivate and experience deep peace, self-compassion, and healing. Release stress, tension, and worries and create spaciousness, well-being, and joy! Students of every level will benefit from a calmer nervous system and the deep relaxation this class provides.</div>
