LES MILLS GRIT™ is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This class is an instructors choice between Cardio, Plyo and Strength training. With Cardio, you will burn fat and rapidly improve athletic capability, this explosive, 30-minute team training session combines high impact body weight exercises and uses no equipment.
In Strength workout we use barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. Plyo combines the principles of plyometrics and power agility training session on a bench that will build a powerful, agile and athletic body.
