This candlelit self-care practice is a delicious blend of all of our favorite things: succulent stretches through long held Yin poses, a centering and calming guided medtiation, and a nourishing, blissful restorative savasana to end the pratice.
Suitable for all levels. A bolster or pillow, 2 to 3 blankets (or towels), an eye pillow or cloth, and two yoga blocks are recommended for a supportive, restful experience.
