In different seasons of the year (24 solar terms), our bodies experience different physiological changes. Based on the theory of qi, blood and meridians in TCM and the theory of yoga chakras in ayurvedic medicine, Sujun and Henry will share with you a set of qigong and yoga exercises for health cultivation in accordance with different seasons.
