We all have very busy lives, and while we may sleep, we rarely
take time to rest. Restorative yoga poses help us learn to relax
and rest deeply and completely. This 75-minute class will
facilitate deep relaxation and bring the body back into balance.
This restorative class offers supported postures to rejuvenate and
replenish. The participant learns how to “receive” the pose rather
than “do”. Restorative Yoga is about letting go.
