<p>No guts, no glory in this total body workout! This class incorporates drills designed to enhance agility, speed, power, strength, and quickness. Check “lazy” at the door when you step into this workout. ULTIMATE BOOTCAMP works you head to toe so you’ll be ready for anything life brings.</p>
<p>Workouts include plyometrics, interval training, speed training with sprints, core strength, team competitions, and partner exercises.</p>
<p><strong>Please bring an exercise/yoga mat, a towel and plenty of water!</strong></p>
<p><strong>There are 2 classes/week over 2 weeks for a total of 4 classes. </strong>Payment must be received in full prior to start of class. </p>
<p>BOOTCAMP is a great full body workout!!! </p>
<p>The classes will be held on Zoom.</p>
