This 30-minute class utilizes a foam roller and two small balls (tennis balls or similar) to give yourself a myofascial release. It can help relieve muscle tightness, soreness, and inflammation, and increase your joint range of motion. Foam rolling can be an effective tool to add to your warm-up or cooldown, before and after exercise. All levels welcome!
Props needed: foam roller, 2 small balls (i.e. tennis balls), mat
We know timing a livestream class with your schedule can be challenging so we offer recordings of ALL of our classes. To receive a class recording, simply enroll in the class. All class registrants receive recordings within 24 hours after class. The recording link will be viewable for 3 days from the scheduled class time.
E-mail confirmations with the ZOOM link and details are sent the day of the class. Registration is closed 10 minutes prior to the class start time.
