A quieter class that focuses primarily on improving the deeper connective tissues around the spine, sacrum, hips, pelvis & knees. Therapeutic & relaxing postures will be held for longer periods of time allowing the tissues to soften and the joints to regain their full range of motion. Ideal for athletes, those who sit at a desk all day, and everyone in between. Yin yoga brings Balance into your life through physical & mental energy work. All levels welcome. </p>
