<p>No guts, no glory in this <strong>ONLINE </strong>total body workout! This class incorporates drills designed to enhance agility, speed, power, strength, and quickness. Check “lazy” at the door when you step into this workout. ULTIMATE BOOTCAMP works you head to toe so you’ll be ready for anything life brings.</p>
<p>Workouts include plyometrics, interval training, speed training with sprints, and core strength exercises.</p>
<p><strong>Please have an exercise/yoga mat, a towel and plenty of water. </strong></p>
<p><strong>There are 2 classes per week for 10 weeks so 20 classes. </strong>Payment must be received in full prior to start of class. </p>
