In this unique fusion of movement and breathwork class, we will
guide you to align with your breath and body through movement and
settling into standing and seated postures for prana movement
(Prana means breath, life-force, qi or chi). Prana can help create
space in the mind and body, allowing you to feel more clear,
grounded and centered.
