A two hour standup paddle board and yoga session including an
introduction to paddle boarding, a short paddle journey, and an
hour of guided yoga on the boards. Improve balance, coordination,
flexibility and strength on the water! All levels yoga class
suitable for new paddlers. No SUP experience is needed, just a
willingness for adventure and fun out on the water!
Cost:
I have all my own equipment a board, paddle, life jacket and
anchors $39. I need equipment $49.
