Restorative yoga is a centering of your breath and body, aligning the physical and mental by practicing stillness or gentle movement for extended periods of time. There are props to assist you in holding poses longer. This is not your typical yoga class, there are no strenuous poses, no flexibility required and there are no standing poses in the class.
