This flow style of asana (posture) practice links poses together in a creative and fluid way with an emphasis on alignment and breath awareness.
Using deep principles of alignment, this class will have a moderately challenging intensity level and will emphasize strengthening the body and mind, while helping to release accumulated tension from the body and mind.
This class is the next step in practice after RedBloom Yoga's Stretch & Move Class. Some experience and confidence with level one vinyasa flow recommended. Some foundational arm balance and inversion work will be incorporated into most classes.
