Nourish is a 30 minute group zoom class focusing on a different nutrition topics including:

Week 3) How to create healthy and balanced meals.
Week 4) When should you be eating the biggest meal?
Week 5) Total weekly calories: why it matters when creating a surplus or deficit.
Week 6) Becoming aware of emotional eating.
Week 7) Stress-Busting Foods.
Week 8) Where do we go from here?
In each session, group members will have the opportunity to talk and ask specific questions pertaining to the topic.
