<p>This class offers a yoga sequence that links breath with movement. Move fluidly through a strong Vinyasa practice at your own pace and the rhythm of your own breath.</p>
<p>Modifications are offered throughout the class so students may increase or decrease the intensity of the class depending on their abilities and personal practice. Our instructor will guide you through a series of asanas, or postures, that will build stamina, increase strength and improve stability, as well as providing a safe environment to practice finding mental and emotional calm while being challenged by the flowing movement from one posture to the next. </p>
