Begin the New Year by joining Cynthia for an exploration of how we embody the Yamas and Niyamas, the first two limbs of Patanjali’s Eight Limb Path of Yoga. The Yamas (restraints) guide us to live in harmony with ourselves and others, and the Niyamas (observances) teach us to cultivate our highest self potential as we follow our life's path. During these two 5 week in-depth sessions, we will focus on developing clarity and direction and how to apply these principles in our life to enhance relationships with self and others.

The first 5 weeks (Jan 11 - Feb 8) focuses on the Yamas, and the second 5 weeks (Feb 15 - Mar 15) focuses on the Niyamas. These two sessions are ideally taken together to deepen your understanding and practice, but they can also stand alone as a single 5 week program. Classes include lecture, discussion, a contemplative yoga practice, and guided relaxation or meditation to end the evening. Can't make it on Mondays? No problem! Sign up for each 5 week session and receive access to the weekly recorded class to view at your convenience throughout that session.
