Join Cynthia for an exploration of how we embody the Niyamas, the second limb of Patanjali’s Eight Limb Path of Yoga. The Yamas (restraints) guide us to live in harmony with ourselves and others, and the Niyamas (observances) teach us to cultivate our highest self potential as we follow our life's path.
During this 5 week in-depth session, Feb 15 - Mar 15, we will explore the Niyamas as a tool to develop clarity and direction, and how to apply these principles in our life to enhance relationships with self and others. Classes include lecture, discussion, a contemplative yoga practice, and guided relaxation or meditation to end the evening. Can't make it on Mondays? No problem!
