This is a comprehensive exploration in adaptation of yoga sequences to meet the needs of the individuals using the tools of asana, pranayama and dhyanam. Focused attention is on the assessment of an individual needs using the lens of the panchamaya model. Development of specific goals for the individual client is addressed using the principles of vinyasa krama to move the client forward in a sustainable and appropriate manner. <div class="o9v6fnle cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql">Allison Prince ERYT-500, CMT is a co-founder of Be The Change Yoga and is the Director of the 200 hour Teacher Training Program. Allison has a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology and is a Certified Massage Therapist. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2003 with Cloud Nine Yoga, her 500-hour certification in 2009, and her Yoga Therapist Training through our program! Her classes combine the strength and focus of an upper-level practice, while bringing in the more subtle aspects of yoga such as meditation and reflection. She also completed a 200-hour Kundalini training, focusing on the energetic aspects of Yoga.
