This intensive will explore the nature of the mind and dive into different types of mental patterns and how to remedy them with specific meditation practices.</div>

<div class="o9v6fnle cxmmr5t8 oygrvhab hcukyx3x c1et5uql">This intensive will focus on assessing and understanding various mental states which include: mudha (stupefied/dull), kshipta (disturbed), vikshipta (alternating between distraction and focus), ekagrata (one-pointed), nirodha (focus enveloped/ held/ restrained), vaishvanara (waking), taijasa (dream), prajña (deep sleep), turiya (beyond) and how to correctly apply meditation practices to pacify various states according to the needs of the individual student.</div>
