<div>If you suffer from chronic low back pain, you are in good company. It's the leading cause of disability world wide. CLBP (chronic low back pain) often leads sufferers to seek help from many different health care practitioners, chiropractors, massage therapists etc... Many of these things may help but not as much as you have hoped and perhaps only temporarily. There is hope though. </div>

<div>Pain Care Yoga for Chronic Low Back Pain is an evidence based 8 week series designed to help you move better and live better. Yoga can be a game changer in combination with your other treatments and medications and may even help you need them less over time. </div>

<div>8 weekly small group sessions</div>
<div>4 x 60 minute private sessions </div>
<div>8 weeks of daily practices delvered to you via an app you can use on your preferred device.</div>

<p>Pain Care Yoga for Chronic Low Back Pain is a 8 week program. <a href="https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S152490422030151X">Evidence</a> shows that programs of this kind can significantly reduce CLBP.</p>
<p><strong>Yoga for Pain Care utilizes a biopsychosocial approach to pain using:</strong></p>

<li>mindfulness mediation techniques</li>
<li>healthy breathing practices</li>
<li>peer support</li>
<li>pain education</li>
<li>technology for consistency and accountability</li>
</ul>
<p>Each 8 week series is limited to a cohort of 6. A combination of private sessions with Mandy, group sessions with your cohort and self guided homework provide a comprehensive program to empower you to move better. Live better. </p>
