<p>Our Youth Performance ranges from age 10-collegiate career where our highly organized progression based program will help young athletes gain strength and power which helps them gain speed, become more agile and more efficient athletes. In middle school, many young athletes see major growth spurts and when training to improve strength and performance with resistance at basic levels they also need to be retaught mechanics for safety and efficiency through such major physiological and neurological changes.</p>
