<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Join Nichole Strickland for her new 6 week Commit 2 Fit program, built for 2 days a week in the gym and online support at home.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Commit 2 Fit focuses on strength training, mobility, and nutrition to help make it a well rounded program. Strength training will help build muscle. Adding mobility will help improve your form & help prevent injuries. And we will look at how good nutrition works, what meal plans look like and work together if you want to come up with a plan that works for you. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">You will find constant and consistent support, as well as accountability from both Nichole and the group that you will be part of. Whether you are new to fitness or a veteran, Nichole will provide proper instruction and training for all fitness levels. </span></p>
