30 day Challenge will run from March 1, 2021-March 31 2021
Participants will have six 15 minute workouts per week PLUS access to several livestream classes with Fit P instructors AND access to our on demand library for 30 days.
This Challenge will have 2 different format focused options for you to choose.
- Option One will be focused on Fit Camp/TRX/Strength/Cardio/Core
- Option 2 will be focused on Barre, Balletone, Mat Pilates, Yoga and Meditation
- Both Options will have the same overall function but we want you to choose your preferred way to achieve the 30 days!
