Clear direction as well as demonstrations of each posture will be given as well as the use of simple props to maximize the opening and awareness of the body. Iyengar yoga is known for carefully sequenced instruction, attention to alignment and guiding the student to develop strength, flexibility, awareness, and confidence. It is an excellent way to begin learning Iyengar Yoga, which is a traditional system of yoga, utilizing props and precise alignment to cultivate body awareness and inner stability. Start your practice back up, or to deepen an existing yoga practice with more precise instruction. You will be given a safe and systematic approach to the practice by using props and tailored instruction to clearly meet your needs. You will need 2 blocks, a strap or belt, 3 blankets, and a chair for this series. If you need to borrow props please contact Tiffany to borrow.</span></div>
