<p>The fitness circle is a must-have for all Pilates lovers! It it a total body conditioning tool that strengthens the body in all the right places. It adds a fun new challenge to traditional Pilates moves that you will absolutely love. In this 5 week program we will use the fitnes circle to strengthen and tone the full body, building on the intensity of the resistance each week, leaving you feeling amazing and ready to conquer 2021. Every Tuesday and Thursday on zoom at 5pm for 5 weeks starting on January 5. All classes are pre-recorded if you cannot attend the live class.</p>
