<p>It's time to tone those muscles! This 55 minute class targets your arms, butt, and abs. It starts with a tabata circuit to get the heart rate elevated, then we slow it down for resistance training that will make your arms, butt, and abs burn! Ideal to incorporate equipment (ie. resistance bands) or household items - as you have available. All exercises are done on your yoga mat and modifications are taught for all fitness levels. No experience necessary. Let's get those muscles toned!</p>
