<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Stress, anxiety, sleeplessness, uncertainty, or just feeling imbalanced is more common than ever these days. If you can relate, then this four-week basic mindfulness series which is based on the evidenced-based Koru curriculum can provide you with helpful tools. Research has shown that mindfulness is helpful in managing stress and anxiety, increasing concentration, focus, creativity, and more. Each week we will learn and experience mindfulness practices (breathwork, meditation, gratitude, etc.) that can help you cope and create calm so that you can respond to what’s going on within and around you in healthy ways. Whether you are new to mindfulness or already have a practice and just need to reset, this is the series for you!</span></p>

<div>- Group check-in</div>

<div>- Short weekly mindfulness practice/activity log (10 minutes)</div>
