<p>The pandemic has changed our sleep patterns for the worse for many. We all know guidelines tell us we need around 6-8 hours sleep a night, in order to function well, be nourished and to able us to cope with the stresses of our day to day life.</p>
<p>The emphasis of this workshop will be to support healthy sleep habits and to relax our bodies, through appropriate holistic yoga practices. The workshop will help you take tools and techniques away from an exclusive sleep recovery model (by Lisa Sanfillipo), including asana (hatha and restorative), pranayama, meditation, and more. </p>
<p>Many who have taken Fizz’s sleep yoga sessions notice that their sleep improves whether they are ‘insomniac’ or not.<br /> </p>
