Great Strength can be built through your Yoga Practice- and WILL build over time naturally. This class is created for all levels to build muscular strength. Options are given for any Yogi to not only participate, but to also in a manner where any level of muscular strength is honored. Pauses and breaks are placed freuently and muscular alignment is the core foundation during practice to develop supportive muscle and tissues. This is not a cardio class- Our hear rates will go up when making changes in the body but the class is designed not to keep the hear rate up and the pase is not fast.
