Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of inducing complete mental, physical and emotional relaxation while maintaining awareness. It is the ancient practice of yogic sleep or effortless full-body relaxation.In this workshop you can expect gentle movement to induce a restful state for a full hour of yoga nidra, guided by teacher, Kellie Lindsay.
All levels are welcome - no yoga or meditation experience is necessary for this practice to be effective.Come as you are with a yoga mat, blanket(s), and pillow(s) to make yourself comfy, snuggly, and warm! If you are joining us online, treat yourself by lighting a few candles and finding a cozy area to indulge in this deep relaxation workshop from the comfort and safety of your own home.
In studio we limit our class sizes to 8 so that we are able to serve our community safely by adhering to CDC guidelines regarding COVID-19. Because of this, pre-registration is required to ensure your spot is held.
