A playful class that allows time to delve into deeper postures and breath patterns. In this class you will learn:
Variations of arm balances and inversions;
Deepened self awareness;
Playful sequences; and
Connection to body and breath.
Some yoga experience is required but this class is meant to encourage and inspire your practice. You'll learn how to safely enter and exit difficult postures so that you can continue to advance your practice on your own.
