<p>Our lunch hour Express Barré class is not recommended for our beginning barre babe, due to it's fast pace. Expect a fast warm up to include mat/plank work, and work out at a moderate to high intensity level - while taking this class.</p>
<p>Barre is a unique strength training workout like no other. It's a discipline that sculpts and chisels your body from the inside, out. Fusing ballet fundamentals, calisthenics, isolated movement and more to give you a no-impact total body workout, from head to toe.</p>
<p>Members report burning an average of 450+ calories per class, including elements of cardio. Designed to create a dancer's body.</p>
<p>We train, sweat, sculpt and have fun! This is not a dance class. It's a conditioning class for all levels, abilities, shapes and sizes.</p>
<p>We have an amazing community of like-minded ladies who come to the studio with the same goal: to improve their overall mind, body and spirit. We have a very encouraging and supportive group, without any intimidation, judgement or drama. We welcome you to join us!</p>
<p>No dance experience necessary. Class is done in normal gym attire and closed toe barre socks. Fuel up with some protein before class.</p>
