Counterpostures defined & longer holds explained. Mini deep stretch practice with Happy Baby, Malasana, Half Pigeon, etc.</div>

The Eight Limbs, Yamas & Niyamas, Bhavanas Defined, debunking stereotypes while acknowledging the many ways Yoga can be practiced and how it can change your life.</div>
