<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Each month, Gina will focus on a set of arm balances that share the same set up and activated muscles. Whether you are new to arm balancing or want to work on strengthening your practice, all levels are welcome.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Each pose will be introduced with a short yoga flow to warm up and spending time breaking down chaturanga, twists and use of props. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Props needed will be 2 blocks (if you have your own please bring; otherwise we have some at the studio) and yoga straps.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Gina will be providing hands on adjustments, using hand sanitizer between each participant and wearing a mask. If you would prefer NO adjustments, please let Gina or us know!</span></p>
