<p><em>Class can be booked upto 3 hours before the start time of the session. You should be in good physical condition and be able to participate in rigorous exercise. Please consult a doctor if you any underlying medical conditions</em></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We introduce a coached bike workout with PT Richard Philllips. Rich is a fully qualified PT professional with years of experience delivering classes both in group exercise and 1-to-1.....and now virtually!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Rich will coach the group through a cycling workout indoors. As this is a virtual session you will need a good internet connection and a laptop, tablet or phone with Zoom installed. Be sure to be able to hear us and speak to everybody so add a speaker or headset if needed. Please note you do not need any cycling programs such as Zwift for this session.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In terms of cycle kit Rich can work you out in terms of effort level, cadence or watts so it caters for all levels of ability and cycle training knowledge. A basic turbo trainer is a minimum requirement through to techy solutions and watt bikes, so use what you have.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The session will start at 7pm sharp and last for an hour, the zoom details will be sent out a couple of hours beforehand.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Please try to do some general warm up a little before the session start time.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We look forward to seeing you in the session, having some banter and watching each other hit some sweet spots.</span></p>
