This class is strong and empowering!This class is great for
both men and women of all ages. In this class we will focus on
strengthening the physical body using Hatha Yoga poses and
weights/resistance bands (optional*). This class is perfect for
those who want to feel like they are building heat and muscle
strength while staying true to the traditional yoga practice. My
goal is to help you feel strong, calm and balanced after this
practice!
