<p>Join us for a journey into the self as we explore the practice of restorative yoga and the depth of the 5 Koshas. Yoga teaches that each of us exists in 5 increasingly subtle layers. Each week, we will go deeper into our awareness of these layers:</p>
<p>1 - The physical</p>
<p>2 - The energetic</p>
<p>3 - The mental</p>
<p>4 - The insight</p>
<p>5 - The bliss body</p>
<p>Each week will begin with a 60-75 minute practice of long held, fully supported restorative yoga poses using bolsters and blankets to allow the student to fully relax and restore the nervous system. We will follow with an insightful meditaion or exercise designed to invoke thought and promote personal growth. You'll leave feeling refreshed, connected and knowing a little more about yourself inside and out. </p>
