How does yogic philosophy see the world? How can you apply the teachings of yoga to your life and asana practice? If you’ve ever asked questions like this or wondered what it’s all about, this 4-part virtual course is for you: join Dana for an exploration of basic yoga philosophy. We’ll begin by seeking to understand problems as yoga sees them, move towards identifying possible solutions and finish by discovering the classical eight-limbed path and tools to apply the teachings to our personal experience. The course will include lecture, time for discussion and community building, plus optional suggested readings to further inspire.

1 Tuition-free, need-based scholarship available:

Please email info@landyoga.com for more information before January 12, submissions to be considered for scholarship due January 16
