<p><strong>30 Minutes | Mindful Community</strong></p>
<p>This weekly practice is rooted in the practice of yoga as a science of personal and collective change. A combination of mindfulness, breathwork, and optional movement, each session will explore a small facet or perspective of the larger, deeply complex topics of racism and systemic oppression.</p>
<p>This practice is an opportunity to engage in self-study while in community so that we normalize conversations about equity and justice, bolster our individual commitments (and resiliency) to interrupt and dismantle oppression.</p>
