<p><span style="white-space: pre-wrap; font-size: 12pt;" data-tt="{"paragraphStyle":{"alignment":4,"writingDirection":1}}">Our first session will focus on understanding common causes of neck and shoulder pain and how to counteract them through building better alignment, stretching, myofascial release, and relaxation techniques. </span></p>
<p><span style="white-space: pre-wrap; font-size: 12pt;" data-tt="{"paragraphStyle":{"alignment":4,"writingDirection":1}}">In sessions 2 & 3, we will be learning and performing strength exercises to maintain better posture and finally, applying what we have learned into our yoga practice so that we feel better, stronger and ultimately, happier on and off the mat. </span></p>
