Each class we will disconnect from electronics and connect with the body through yoga poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices to help Juniors thrive physically, socially, and emotionally. Here we will learn the tools needed to improve concentration, reduce stress, and connect with our bodies in a positive way. We will be challenged in poses to increase balance, flexibility and strength.
