<p>This gentle practice of supported, relaxing floor postures will quiet and heal the mind while reminding us of its connection to our heart and body. Attention will be focused on five or six poses, supported by props that allow your body to rest and spirit to rejuvenate. The class may include meditation, pranayama, and other calming techniques. This class is suitable for all levels of practice including those that are brand new.</p>
<p>Give yourself permission to rest.</p>
<p>Have your yoga props ready or 2 blankets and 2 pillows. </p>
