<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This 4 week immersive experience meets once a week (Online) for 90 minutes of learning, exploring and sharing. Each week we will use a combination of yoga, meditation, energy medicine, tapping (EFT), journaling, lifestyle guidance and visualization to open up the concept of self care. This series will teach you how self care does/can impact your wellness, goals and ability to show up in your life.</span></p>

Find out how rest can replenish you and shed some light on the power of connecting with your cycle.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="color: #64c2c7;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Week 2 | </span><strong><em>EMOTIONAL BODY</em></strong></span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> | </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">An introduction to breathwork as a practice and how it can enhance your emotional well being. Dig into your true needs and feelings, learn to express yourself with intention. </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="color: #64c2c7;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Week 3 | </span><strong><em>MENTAL BODY</em></strong></span><span style="font-weight: 400;"> | </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Explore meditation and visualization that will ease your mind. Journaling and goal setting to clear foggy thinking along with a few lifestyle tips to reduce mental strain.</span></li>

Energy medicine and the benefits of connection to nature.</span></li>
