This new and innovative class is the first of its kind. In combination with intelligent stretching and breathing techniques, we use novel mobility tools like Yoga Tune Up® Balls (exclusively used in the Roll Model® Method) and Stick Mobility® Sticks to inform our very own bodies about how to move well, how to evaluate our own movements, and get the results from a movement we want. Through stretching, soft tissue work with the balls and joint mobility exercises with the sticks, we will come closer to restoring our body’s native mobility.
