Self Love Yoga Series with Fiona

Take the time for self love this February with a very special yoga series intended to help open your heart to loving yourself.
This is a four week series created by the lovely Fiona Kolberg. Each week will be a new opportunity to learn how to love every inch of who you are, even the darkest corners. Using the elements of yoga that will help you to discover the deepest layers of yourself.
Week 1 - Working To Keep Your Inner Voice Kind: Tame those harsh word of your inner self critic.
Week 2 - Listening and Observing Yourself with Compassion: Take care of yourself by listening and responding to your internal instincts.
Week 3 - Breathing Through Discomfort: Learn how to use the breath in uncomfortable moments to get you though with ease and strength.
Week 4 - Ask for Help: Use yoga props to allow yourself extra support.

PREREGISTRATION IS REQUIRED
HOW TO CONNECT TO YOUR LIVE ZOOM SESSION:
1. To connect to the LIVE Zoom Class on your laptop or phone, you first need to make sure you have the app downloaded to your device.
2. Then log-in or create your Zoom account when it asks.
3. About 15 minutes before the class begins, the instuctor will send you the Zoom Meeting link via email/text that will allow you to connect to the session. Once you click on the link, the Zoom session will pop-up and connect you to the class.
4. Please try to sign on at least 10 minutes before the class begins.
