<li>Pre-registration is required. Class will be conducted via Zoom.</li>
<li>Participants should keep their videos on during class. This will allow Arundhati to see you practice & provide personalized feedback, virtual adjustments, and answer questions.</li>
<li>You'll need a yoga mat, a blanket or full size towel, a cushion to sit on and wall space.</li>
<li>Avoid eating a heavy breakfast before class. Coffee or Tea is okay.</li>
<li>Class is suitable for anyone above the age of 15.</li>
<li>You will get the log in details for class via email a few minutes before class begins</li>
<li>Passes are non-refundable and non- transferable</li>
