This fun
filled 45 minute class for all levels! Sculpt your booty and abs
with a combination of weights and dance! You will not only
learn how to bounce that BOOty, roll those hips and drop it like
it's hot; you will also learn to put them together in short
routine!
Loosely
fitted or stretchy shorts/pants to allow for booty movement is also
recommended! There will be some foxy floorwork involved in our
twerk routine so please bring knee pads/ leg warmers and
sneakers.
